## 1. Scope

This policy applies to the UniCDM product website (the "website"), operated by OKAXI TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS CO., LTD. ("OKAXI", "we"). It does not cover data processed inside the UniCDM software, which is governed by the agreement between OKAXI and its customers.

## 2. Information we collect

The website has no data collection forms. When you email us (for example to request a demo), we receive the information included in your email, typically:

- Your name and email address
- Your organisation and role
- The content of your message

## 3. Information we do not collect

The website does not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools and does not set tracking cookies. Please do not send patient information or study data by email.

Like any website, the hosting server may keep technical access logs (for example IP address, browser type and time of access) for operation and security.

## 4. How we use it

We use the information only to respond to your request, arrange a demo and discuss UniCDM with you.

## 5. Retention and sharing

Information is kept only as long as needed for these purposes. We do not sell personal information. It may be processed on OKAXI's behalf by technical service providers (for example an email service provider).

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your information by contacting info@okaxi.com.
